Precautions
5.1 Precautions for solvent preheating and insulation
Please strictly set the target temperature according to the various solvent temperatures specified in the national standard to avoid overheating.
Please use the heating bath cover carefully at all times to avoid burns.
Be careful not to inhale or touch solvents with your hands. If it comes into contact with the skin, rinse thoroughly with water immediately and seek medical attention immediately.
5.2 Precautions for vacuum filtration
Before turning on the vacuum pump each time, please adjust it from small to large to prevent excessive suction from directly sucking the filter paper into the suction bottle.
Turn on the vacuum pump when needed, and turn off the vacuum pump when there is no need for filtration, which can reduce the working noise of the instrument.
Be careful not to fill the filter bottle with filtered solvent. If the liquid enters the vacuum pump, it will affect the service life of the vacuum pump or directly damage it.
