Applications and Scope of Use

The M1 series molded case circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is a new type of circuit breaker developed and manufactured by our factory using internationally advanced design and manufacturing technology. According to its rated ultimate breaking capacity (Icu), it is divided into four types: C (basic type), L (standard type), M (higher breaking capacity type), and H (high breaking capacity type). This product features small size, high breaking capacity, short arc, and vibration resistance, making it an ideal product for land and sea use. Its rated insulation voltage is 800V, suitable for infrequent starting in AC 50Hz circuits with a rated operating voltage of 690V and below. The circuit breaker has overload, short circuit, and undervoltage protection devices to protect lines and power equipment from damage.

This circuit breaker can be installed vertically (i.e., vertical mounting) or horizontally (i.e., horizontal mounting).

Circuit breakers are suitable for the following working environments:

1. Altitude below 2000m;
2. Ambient temperature not exceeding +40°C (+45°C for marine products) and not lower than -5°C;
3. Able to withstand the effects of humid air;
4. Able to withstand the effects of salt spray and oil mist;
5. Able to withstand the effects of mold;
6. Maximum tilt angle of 22.5°;
7. Able to operate reliably under normal ship vibration;
8. In environments without explosion hazards, and where the medium is free of gases and conductive dust that could corrode metals or damage insulation;
9. In locations free from rain and snow.
